A life-long resident of the Capital Region, since 2005 Diane has been a yearly multi-million dollar sales leader and is ranked among the top individual (non-team) Realtors in the Capital District. Diane’s 2013 sales totaled $18.4 million represented by 79 transactions followed by $17.1 million in sales and 80 transactions in 2014 earning her the recognition of being the top individual agent for sales volume for the Upstate NY Region of Keller Williams Realty and the Quadruple Gold Award from Keller Williams Realty for her 2014 sales volume and units. In 2015 & 2016 Diane was recognized as the top listing associate for Keller Williams Capital District. In 2015 Diane closed 66 transactions totaling $14.2 million in sales followed by 84 closings and $16.3 million in sales volume in 2016; Diane was the top listing agent for Keller Williams Capital District in both 2015 and 2016.  In 2017 Diane was again among the top individual Realtors in the Capital District and was the top individual sales and top listing agent for Keller Williams Capital District with $19.3 million in sales and 70 transactions and was the top individual sales agent for Keller Williams Capital District again in 2018 with $14.2 million in sales represented by 60 transactions.  Diane is on the REAL Trends 2016, 2017, and 2018 list of top 1,000 individual Realtors in the US among all broker firms. 

Diane joined Keller Williams Capital District in December 2013 following a 9 year career at Prudential Manor Homes, Realtors which included being a 6-time recipient of the Chairman’s Circle Gold Award for sales volume in the top 2% of sales associates nationwide as well as being the top residential sales agent for the local company in 2010 and again in 2012.
